Limited Warranty

Comvolt warrants to the original consumer purchaser that Comvolt products are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the "Warranty Period" section below, excluding the exclusions set forth below.

This warranty statement sets out Comvolt. 's full and exclusive warranty obligations. We will not assume, nor authorize person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty Period

Comvolt power supply product warranty period of 60 months. In each case, the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the original consumer purchaser. In order to determine the start date of the warranty, the consumer will need a sales receipt from the first purchase or other reasonable documentation.

Exchange&maintenance

Within 24 months Comvolt will replace (Comvolt's expense) any Comvolt product that is inoperable due to defects in process or materials during the applicable warranty period. Replacement products bear the remaining warranty period of the original product. For a period of 60 months, Comvolt will be responsible (Comvolt's expense) for the repair of any Comvolt product that is inoperable due to defects in workmanship or materials during the applicable warranty period.

Limited to the original consumer

The warranty of the purchaser's Comvolt product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

The Comvolt warranty does not apply

Non-quality related problem

Unauthorized modification/repair/disassembly or failure to follow official instructions or manuals

Misuse/abuse/accidental damage/damage by natural disaster. (e.g. lightning strike, tornado, hurricane, etc.)

Items purchased from an unauthorized dealer.

For special applications other than normal consumer use.

Lost/stolen/free/refund product.

Any defect or damage caused by exposure to overheating, undercooling, liquids or other external causes.

Failure to provide valid proof of purchase.
