Order Cancellation

For standard products, customers can cancel the deal at any time before Comvolt begins the shipping process. The shipping process usually begins within 30 minutes of placing the order; For custom products, customers can cancel the transaction before paying. If cancellation is not possible, customers may return or exchange the order in accordance with Comfort's return and exchange policy.

Returns

one.Standard items purchased from Comvolt can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

two.Custom products purchased from Comvolt will not be returned except for defects or quality problems that are acceptable after inspection and approval by Comvolt.

three.Please note that Comvolt will not accept returns of foreign goods beyond 30 days for defects or quality issues acceptable to Comvolt after inspection and approval.

Comvolt 30-Day Return Policy 30

For returns of products purchased on Comvolt energy.com, customers will need to contact Comvolt customer Service within 30 days of receiving the item and obtain a return authorization number from them to begin the return process. Items eligible for return must be in their original packaging (which should be the original container or covering used in product packaging, including all accessories, attachments, instructions, etc.), unused, undamaged, unmodified, and have a return authorization number provided by Comvolt. Customers must provide proof of purchase to begin the return process.

For Comvolt products purchased from other authorized retailers or sellers please contact the seller where the item was originally purchased.

Shipping costs for product returns will be paid by Comvolt under the following conditions:

one.Product was damaged during shipping or warehouse handling

two.Product defects

three.Incorrect product was delivered

four.Product(s) delivered were not ordered by the customer

Customer is responsible for any return freight charges when the product is returned in any other circumstances. The cost varies depending on the shipping location.

one.Comvolt does NOT accept returns of items that have been modified in any way. Any modifications will render the Comvolt warranty null and void. Any modified products returned to Comvolt will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

one.For returns related to customer preferences (not related to defects, shipping damage or wrong product delivered) made within the 30 day return period, a 10% ~ 15% restocking fee will be charged.

two.After receiving the returned item, Comvolt will issue a refund within 7 ~ 10 business days. Comvolt will notify the customer by email once the refund has been processed. If the refund isn’t received after 7~ 10 business days, please contact the Comvolt Customer Support Team. All returned items will be inspected to insure they meet Comvolt ’s return policy.

Product Return Process

one.To request authorization for return, contact Comvolt customer service. Once customers have contacted Comvolt they will be asked to provide the reason for the return, and a receipt or proof of purchase.

two.The Comvolt Customer Support Team will determine whether the purchase is eligible for return. After confirming the order is eligible, Comvolt will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. The customer must clearly mark the RMA number on the package and include the dated proof of purchase with the product.

three.For products returned due to quality issues, if the 30-day return period has passed but is within the warranty period, Conway will provide instructions on how to properly pack the product for safe return. Do not ship products until you have received correct transportation safety instructions.

Do not return anything without confirmation from the Comvolt support team. For unconfirmed returns, refunds or exchanges will not be processed and the item will be returned to the sender
